M/TAT Literacy Program
Program Director: Dr. Peter Messmore
Cost: $69.95

M/TAT is the abbreviation for the Messmore Test-Analyze-Teach Literacy Program. M/TAT allows parents, grandparents, educators, tutors and private and/or religious-based educators to assess, analyze and then teach students experiencing reading problems via web-based computers.

Children and students in grades 1-10 and 12th grade and beyond can benefit from M/TAT’s three-part approach to literacy. The program can, and should, be used at least twice a year during each year of a student’s school career. This activity will allow those who care for their children, grandchildren, or students to keep appraised of their reading development.
